½ cup extra virgin olive oilÌý

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

3 large cloves garlic, crushedÌýÌý

½ cup parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

1 small red chilli, finely chopped (or about 0.5 Tbsp dried red chili flakes)Ìý
